Hi, I want to create a High Fashion Clothing Line for Young Women in their 20’s and 30’s. My goal is to design clothes for young women that make them feel confident, strong, and knowing that being in your 20’s or 30’s is the best years of your life . :)) Here’s my quetion: What do people in their 20’s & 30’s wear for high fashion? and Im not quite sure what to design and what to develop, so mebye you all can give me a few suggestions on what to create for young women in their 20’s and 30’s. And Are the magazines vogue and ELLE useful? Thank you very much!

I some in some ways feel that some high end fashion designers only make clothing to fit smaller sizes…and if they do make a size large or extra large it can still only fit on a person who wears a medium size..
I feel this sends the wrong message to woman and young girls…
First they have to have tons of money to buy the clothing then they have to be a size 0 …..I know it they have the right to make clothing the way they want….i fell that it still sends a strong negative message

I really love the style of Onatoko.com, but it’s too expensive for the money I have. I’d like to have clothes that cover my shoulders and back, and are cute in a childish way with bright colors, preferably that fit the style of Japanese street fashion. I’ve already looked through Onatoko.com, uloveshop.com, and a few other common sites.
She is a college student doing a summer internship at an insurance hq. She has a closet and dresser full of clothes. Her wardrobe is vintage and eclectic, in other words, she buys at thrift shops or at mall shops & boutiques on a whim. She cuts her own hair and lets it airdry giving her a Kramer like style. She is very artistic and has paint on some of her jeans, yet she refuses to get rid of them. Today, she got mad at me for telling her to put on a pair of clean jeans for dress-down day. She is bright, bohemian and sociable but gives a sloppy first impression. She and I always lock horns on this. She is top-heavy and has a hard time finding well-fitting clothes. I think she needs a neater style for work or interviews. I am willing to shop with her but we always end up arguing. I know she is old enough to make her own choices and this is probably the least of college rebellion. I need assistance in helping her find a neat, professional look that allows for her individuality.
