fashion clothing stores

I have an interview at THE BUCKLE, and I need tips on what to wear, and do you know how much they pay per hour… particularly located in the Midwest?

I have a friend who worked at Buckle in TN when she was 17. She made only $4.50 an hour, but got 40% comission on all her sales. She said that it wasn’t an ideal job if you could only work a couple nights a week, since you had to get a lot of comission to get a big paycheck. It’s definitely a job for people who are outgoing and have no trouble talking to strangers. You know how the workers attack you once you step inside the store (they do here!), it’s because they gotta get their commission.

Well they don’t pay per hour. They pay on how much you sell. My friend works there. I wouldn’t dress up to much because its not a real nice professional place. I would wear some of there jeans if you have some [no holes]. A nice top, dressy, and don’t go sexy. You want to impress. Some boots or closed toed heels.
